The Elantra has been seen in several amenity levels, GL, GLS, LIMITED and GT. These are all generally a four-door sedan compact vehicle with leather interior in the Limited and GT models. The seats are extremely comfortable and boast electric adjustments as you would find in a far more expensive luxury brand.

Considering the performance of 2010 Hyundai Elantra, a gutsy 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 138-horsepower was incorporated in the vehicle, and it was paired to 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmission. While driving the car at low speeds, the engine is quiet and smooth; but at higher speeds, the engine is somewhat bloomy, a little loud, and not as quite as the sporty vehicles. The Hyundai Elantra Touring models have a special calibration with bigger size stabilizer bars that gives a sporty feel.
